Introduction
The Kasbah Des Oudaias was the first place I went in Rabat. It’s enclosed by it’s own walls, and has blue walls similar to those in the town of Chefchaouen.
About
The Kasbah was built in 12th century by the Almohads after they destroyed the original one while conquering Rabat. It was deserted soon after.

Introduction
The Andalusian Gardens are next door to the Kasbah, so unless you’re in a hurry, you might as well see both while you’re there. They’re pretty small, but it’s a nice place to escape the heat. There’s some good views as well as some really nice painted doors that I really enjoyed looking at.
