Introduction

There aren’t a lot of great museums in Morocco, but I really enjoyed this one. It had some great exhibits on Berber jewelry, and some really great Moroccan artwork as well. It’s right near several other sites and is a good stop to escape the heat. I stopped at the cafe while I was here to sit down for a while after a long day of exploring the city, and it was a great place to recharge for a few minutes.

About

The Museum is located in the Dar Menebhi Palace. The central courtyard has been covered and is a great place to relax in the shade. It contains some really beautiful Moroccan art, and pottery from Berber, Jewish, and Islamic cultures in Morocco.
